About The Position

The Shift Lead is a full-time, hourly leadership position at a Domino’s store and serves as second in command of the business. The role oversees all aspects of store operations, including people, operations, sales, and profits, and is accountable for what happens in the store. The Shift Lead supports team safety, training, and culture, leads by example, and ensures that store policies and procedures are followed. The company provides training for candidates who have not previously managed people or made pizzas. The position may require helping at nearby locations and is scheduled five or more days per week, including most weekends. Overtime is available.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Good driving record.
Positive attitude and high energy.
Prior Domino’s experience or prior experience leading people.
Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good background check.
Eligible to work in the USA.
Currently residing in the Salt Lake City area.
Judgment, leadership, math, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits.
Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
Lead by example and ensure team members follow store policies and procedures.
Help at other nearby locations when asked.
Follow all company policies and procedures and expect the same from the crew.
