About The Position

Islands to Salt Lake LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring a Shift Lead for its Salt Lake City-area operations. This full-time, hourly position is an opportunity to develop toward assistant manager, general manager, supervisor, or franchisee roles. Training is provided for leading people and making pizzas.

The Shift Lead oversees all aspects of the store and is accountable for its people, operations, sales, and profits. The role includes helping ensure team safety, training, and a positive culture, and setting an example for the crew while following company policies and procedures. The position may require helping at other nearby locations. The schedule is five or more days per week and includes most weekends; overtime is available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Good driving record.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Prior Domino’s experience or prior experience leading people.
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.
• Must currently reside in the Salt Lake City area.
• Ability to exercise judgment, leadership, math skills, and multitasking.
