About The Position

Islands to Salt Lake LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring a Shift Lead as part of its growth and advancement opportunities. The role is described as a second-in-command leadership position overseeing all aspects of a store, including people, operations, sales, and profits. The Shift Lead is accountable for what happens in the store and is expected to lead by example, ensure team safety and training, and follow all company policies and procedures while expecting the same of the crew. Training is provided for people who have not previously managed employees or made pizzas. This is a full-time, hourly position with overtime available. The schedule is five or more days per week and includes most weekends. The employee may be asked to help at other locations near the chosen location. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a good driving record.
Have a positive attitude and high energy.
Have prior Domino’s experience or prior experience leading people.
Be able to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Pass a background check.
Be eligible to work in the USA.
Currently reside in the Salt Lake City area.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits.
Be accountable for what happens within the store.
Lead by example and ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
Follow all company policies and procedures and expect the same compliance from the crew.
Help at other nearby locations when asked.
