About The Position

Islands to Salt Lake LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring a Shift Lead for its Salt Lake City-area stores. The role is described as an opportunity to develop into an assistant manager and advance toward general management and other leadership opportunities. The position is full-time and hourly, with overtime available. The Shift Lead helps oversee store operations and is accountable for people, operations, sales, and profits, including team safety, training, and culture. The role requires leading by example and following company policies and procedures. Training is provided for candidates who have not previously managed people or made pizzas. Employees may be asked to help at other nearby locations. The schedule is five or more days per week and includes most weekends.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Good driving record.
Positive attitude and high energy.
Prior Domino’s experience or prior experience leading people.
Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Satisfactory background check.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Currently reside in the Salt Lake City area.

Responsibilities

Help oversee all aspects of the store and its people, operations, sales, and profits.
Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
Lead by example and follow company policies and procedures, while expecting the same of the crew.
Help make pizzas and perform other store duties as needed.
Work at other nearby locations if asked.
