About The Position

Islands to Salt Lake LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring a Shift Lead for a full-time, hourly position with overtime available. The role is described as a second-in-command position in a store and a pathway toward store management. The Shift Lead oversees all aspects of store operations and is accountable for what happens in the store, including people, operations, sales, profits, team safety, training, and culture. The role requires leading by example and following all policies and procedures while expecting the same from the crew.

The company will train candidates who have not previously managed people or made pizzas. The position is scheduled five or more days per week, including most weekends. The employee may be asked to help at other locations near the chosen location and may be asked to deliver. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a good driving record.
• Have a positive attitude and high energy.
• Have prior experience with Domino’s or prior experience leading people.
• Be able to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background check.
• Be eligible to work in the USA.
• Currently reside in the Salt Lake City area.
