About The Position

Islands to Salt Lake LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee store operations and help lead the team. The role is described as a full-time, hourly position with overtime available. The Shift Lead is accountable for everything that happens in the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits, and is responsible for team safety, training, and culture. The position requires leading by example and following all company policies and procedures while expecting the same from the crew.

The company provides training for candidates who have not previously managed people or made pizzas. Employees may be asked to assist at other nearby locations. The role is scheduled for five or more days per week and includes most weekends. It offers an opportunity to advance into management and other roles within the company.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Good driving record.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Prior Domino’s experience or prior experience leading people.
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background check.
• Be eligible to work in the USA.
• Currently reside in the Salt Lake City area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store.
• Be accountable for store people, operations, sales, and profits.
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
• Lead by example and expect the crew to follow company policies and procedures.
• Follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Help at other nearby locations when asked.
