About The Position
Islands to Salt Lake LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring a Shift Lead as part of its growth and development opportunities. This is a full-time, hourly position with overtime available. The role is accountable for everything that happens in the store, including people, operations, sales, profits, team safety, training, and culture. The Shift Lead is expected to lead by example and follow all policies and procedures while expecting the same from the crew. Prior management and pizza-making experience are not required; training is provided. The position may require helping at nearby locations and working five or more days per week, including most weekends.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Good driving record.
- Positive attitude and high energy.
- Prior experience at Domino’s or experience leading people.
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good background check.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Currently residing in the Salt Lake City area.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits.
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
- Lead by example and expect crew members to follow store policies and procedures.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Help at other locations near the selected location when asked.
