About The Position

Islands to Salt Lake LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring a Shift Lead for a full-time, hourly position with overtime available. The role oversees all aspects of a store and is accountable for what happens across people, operations, sales, and profits. The Shift Lead helps ensure team safety, training, and culture, leads by example, and follows all company policies and procedures while expecting the same from the crew. Prior management or pizza-making experience is not required; the company provides training. The employee may be asked to help at nearby locations and will work five or more days per week, including most weekends. The role offers opportunities to advance into assistant manager, general manager, supervisor, or franchise-owner roles.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a good driving record.
Have a positive attitude and high energy.
Have prior Domino’s experience or prior experience leading people.
Be able to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Pass a background check.
Be eligible to work in the USA.
Currently reside in the Salt Lake City area.
