About The Position

The Shift Lead is a full-time, hourly position responsible for overseeing all aspects of a Domino’s store, including people, operations, sales, and profits. The role includes ensuring team safety, training, and culture, leading by example, and following and enforcing all policies and procedures. The company will train candidates who have not previously managed people or made pizzas. Employees may be asked to help at nearby locations. The position typically requires working five or more days per week, including most weekends, and overtime is available.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a good driving record.
• Have a positive attitude and high energy.
• Have prior experience with Domino’s or prior experience leading people.
• Be able to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background check.
• Be eligible to work in the USA.
• Currently reside in the Salt Lake City area.

• Help at other nearby locations when asked.
