About The Position
The Shift Lead is a full-time, hourly position responsible for overseeing all aspects of a Domino’s store, including people, operations, sales, and profits. The role involves leading by example, ensuring team safety, training, and culture, and following all company policies and procedures. Previous management or pizza-making experience is not required; training is provided. The employee may be asked to help at nearby locations and is expected to work five or more days per week, including most weekends. Overtime is available.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Good driving record.
- Positive attitude and high energy.
- Prior experience at Domino’s or prior experience leading people.
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good background check.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Currently residing in the Salt Lake City area.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits.
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
- Lead by example and ensure crew members follow company policies and procedures.
- Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from the crew.
- Help at other nearby locations when asked.
