About The Position

Islands to Salt Lake LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring a Shift Lead for a full-time, hourly position. The role involves overseeing all aspects of a store and being accountable for its people, operations, sales, and profits. The Shift Lead helps ensure team safety, training, and culture, leads by example, and follows company policies and procedures while expecting the same of the crew. The position offers a path toward assistant manager, general manager, and other advancement opportunities.

No previous people-management or pizza-making experience is required; training is provided. The role may involve helping at other nearby locations. It requires working five or more days per week, including most weekends. Overtime is available.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a good driving record.
• Have a positive attitude and high energy.
• Have prior Domino’s experience or prior experience leading people.
• Be able to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background check.
• Be eligible to work in the USA.
• Currently reside in the Salt Lake City area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store.
• Be accountable for the store’s people, operations, sales, and profits.
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
• Lead by example and ensure the crew follows company policies and procedures.
• Help at other nearby locations when asked.
