About The Position

ModWash is seeking a Shift Lead to help deliver a legendary car wash experience and support customers in keeping their vehicles clean year-round. Key holders are responsible for daily location operations, including opening and closing duties when scheduled. The role works with the team to grow membership sales, explain the value and savings of unlimited wash memberships, and help guests select a package that suits their needs. Shift Leads also help maintain site standards, equipment, employee productivity and safety, and a clean, presentable facility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and greet customers with a friendly attitude.
• Present and sell ModWash packages and explain the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Safely guide customers through package and membership options.
• Engage with customers before and after their wash to help ensure their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.
• Perform opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
• Maintain the site's standards of service.
• Maintain on-site equipment and troubleshoot issues when needed.
• Help oversee employee productivity, breaks, and safety.
• Seek ways to improve the business.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Keep facilities clean and presentable.
• Remain mobile and engaged with team members and customers at the pay station, tunnel entrance, and vacuum lot.
