About The Position

Islands to Salt Lake LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee all aspects of a store and help lead a team. The role is described as a full-time, hourly position, with overtime available. The Shift Lead is accountable for people, operations, sales, and profits, and for ensuring the safety, training, and culture of the team. The position requires leading by example and following all company policies and procedures while expecting the same of the crew.

This is a hands-on management opportunity. Prior people-management or pizza-making experience is not required; training is provided. The position is scheduled five or more days per week, including most weekends, and may require helping at other nearby locations. The company describes advancement opportunities from assistant manager to general manager and beyond.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Good driving record.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Prior Domino’s experience or prior experience leading people.
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good background check.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Currently reside in the Salt Lake City area.

Responsibilities
