About The Position

Islands to Salt Lake LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring a Shift Lead for a full-time, hourly role with overtime available. The position is described as a leadership opportunity overseeing all aspects of a store and serving as the second in command of a million-dollar business. The company will train candidates who have not previously managed people or made pizzas. The role may require helping at other locations near the chosen location and is scheduled for five or more days per week, including most weekends. The Shift Lead is accountable for people, operations, sales, and profits, and is responsible for team safety, training, and culture. The role requires following all policies and procedures and setting a positive example for the team.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a good driving record.
• Have a positive attitude and high energy.
• Have prior Domino’s experience or prior experience leading people.
• Be able to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background check.
• Be eligible to work in the USA.
• Currently reside in the Salt Lake City area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store.
• Be accountable for people, operations, sales, and profits within the store.
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
• Lead by example and require the crew to follow company policies and procedures.
• Help at other nearby locations when asked.
• Work five or more days per week, including most weekends.
