About The Position

The Department of Animal and Poultry Science, College of Agriculture and Bioresources invites applications for Sessional Lecturer positions to teach specific courses during the 2026-27 Fall and Winter sessions. These positions involve delivering lectures and labs, managing enrollment limits, and adhering to course schedules. Requirements

  • Minimum of a PhD in Animal Science with relevant teaching and professional experience (for ANSC 460).
  • PhD with extensive equine knowledge and experience (for ANBI 320).
  • Minimum of a MSc in Animal Science with relevant teaching and professional experience (for ANSC 430).
  • A valid driver’s license is required for any off-campus courses.

Responsibilities

  • Teach ANSC 460 (01) Intensive Management of Dairy Cattle during the 2026-27 Fall Session.
  • Teach ANBI 320 (01) Equine Science during the 2026-27 Fall Session.
  • Teach ANSC 430 (01) Intensive Management of Beef Cattle during the 2026-27 Winter Session.
  • Deliver lectures and labs as per the specified course schedules.
  • Manage course enrollment within the expected limits.
  • Prepare for and mark course materials.
