About The Position

Ondaro is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant II to translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations. This role combines strong ServiceNow development expertise with consultative skills to build high-quality workflows, integrations, and automations. The consultant will ensure effective communication, collaboration, and timely delivery of solutions that drive business value.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • 5+ years of general business or IT experience
  • Proven experience with scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript preferred)
  • Developing experience with LDAP, SSL, SAML/SSO, and similar technologies
  • Able to work independently on standard work assignments with little supervision
  • Applied knowledge of Agile/Scrum/XP methodologies
  • Certified System Administrator
  • 1+ CIS Certifications
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
  • Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time

  • Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise to support customer’s implementations of products developed on the ServiceNow platform
  • Leverages knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions, which include technical implementation of processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, user experience, and system configurations
  • Responsible for the evaluation, recommendation, and build-out of customer requirements on the platform utilizing defined best practices for configuration and development
  • Responsible for tracking work hours and maintaining full utilization as set by the organization
