This role involves evaluating, recommending, and implementing customer requirements on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging deep technical expertise to guide and implement technical aspects of projects, delivering end-to-end automated solutions, providing technical leadership, and supporting requirements gathering workshops.

Requirements

  • Proficient professional with advanced knowledge of ServiceNow
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
  • 7+ years of general business or IT experience
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering ServiceNow solutions
  • Strong understanding of CSM module.
  • Can work independently with minimal guidance, capable of leading smaller projects
  • Experience consulting on technical and business requirements for clients
  • Specializes implementing and supporting Customer Service Management (CSM).

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement customer requirements on the ServiceNow platform, adhering to best practices for configuration and development
  • Leverage your deep technical expertise to guide and implement the technical aspects of ServiceNow projects and solutions
  • Deliver end-to-end automated solutions that align with customer business objectives and facilitate platform integrations
  • Provide technical leadership and domain expertise to configure and develop the ServiceNow platform, aligning it with business processes and requirements.
  • Support requirements gathering workshops, offering technical guidance, and assisting in capturing necessary business, functional, and technical requirements
