About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is a technology consulting and software development company delivering cloud, AI, data, and enterprise solutions across the United States. The company is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.

The role involves hands-on configuration and development, including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions. The developer is expected to apply best practices that keep the platform clean, upgrade-safe, and performant. The ideal candidate has delivered meaningful ServiceNow work in production, balances declarative and programmatic approaches, and writes maintainable code that can be supported through upgrades and team changes.

This is a 100% remote, full-time direct W2 position in the United States. The listed annual salary range is $100,000–$150,000. Applicants who are U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, or candidates seeking an H-1B transfer are encouraged to apply; the company cannot sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills, including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
• Experience with Service Portal widget development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Certified Implementation Specialist credentials in ITSM, HR, CSM, or ITOM.
• Experience with Now Assist or GenAI Controller.
• Familiarity with App Engine Studio.
• Exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
