About The Position

The Leidos Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to set the technical direction and architecture standards for its enterprise ServiceNow platform. The platform is expanding its capabilities with EmployeeWorks, NowAssist, AI Control Tower, HRSD, and L1 Support Agent. This position allows full-time telework from any U.S.-based location.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• Deep hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture experience.
• Demonstrated experience setting technical standards and leading other technical staff.
• Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to senior or executive leadership.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Nice To Haves

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• One or more ServiceNow CIS certifications, such as CIS-ITSM or CIS-IRM.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the overall ServiceNow platform architecture and technical standards.
• Define integration patterns, data models, and technical governance standards.
• Provide architectural review and guidance on complex builds and integrations.
• Own governance standards and guardrails for the Citizen Developer program.
• Lead resolution of highly complex technical problems requiring original or innovative approaches.
• Mentor and provide technical direction to developers and other technical staff.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and represent the platform in architecture and governance reviews.
• Communicate technical strategy and risk to technical and executive leadership.
