About The Position
Sustainable Talent is seeking a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to support NVIDIA’s team. This full-time, W-2 contract role is based in Santa Clara, California, and is responsible for the full solution development lifecycle, from initial design through deployment. The work focuses on core-system and service-specific integrations that enhance the HR Service Delivery platform. The developer will design, configure, and maintain scalable HRSD solutions and integrations, improve HR processes, and advise on technical feasibility, trade-offs, risks, scalability, and maintainability. The role partners with HR teams, system owners, and IT partners to deliver solutions aligned with enterprise governance, security, and architecture. It also includes developing AI-enabled HR service delivery capabilities using ServiceNow Now Assist, AI Agents, and other generative AI features, alongside testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience, with a strong focus on HRSD.
- Proven expertise architecting and implementing HRSD solutions, managing HR profiles, and automating processes.
- ServiceNow HRSD certification.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON for ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience building and managing ServiceNow-side integrations with HR solutions such as Workday HRMS, Cornerstone OnDemand, or Beeline.
- Experience working in a multi-instance development stream (Dev/Test/Stage/Prod) and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across time zones.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, drive solutions forward, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with real-time, service-specific integrations is highly preferred.
- Experience using AI coding assistants and adapting and transferring SPP vibe-coded solutions into a ServiceNow environment would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and configure scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.
- Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and HR solutions; coordinate integration requirements and development with other system owners.
- Optimize HR processes using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and ServiceNow APIs to meet business requirements and improve efficiency.
- Advise on solution feasibility, trade-offs, and potential risks.
- Partner with internal HR teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement AI-enabled HR service delivery solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist, AI Agents, and other generative AI capabilities.
- Assess the scalability and sustainability of proposed designs and recommend robust, maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with IT partners on issues affecting the broader ServiceNow platform, aligning with enterprise governance, security, and architecture.
- Conduct unit testing and maintain detailed documentation for configurations and deployments.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer so internal teams can maintain, support, and troubleshoot configurations and integrations.
