Lab Capacity Reservations Coordinator supporting Nvidia
About The Position
Sustainable Talent is partnering with NVIDIA to hire a Lab Capacity Reservations Coordinator supporting its System Products Team in Santa Clara, California. The coordinator will work with cross-functional engineering groups to gather project requirements and manage lab scheduling workflows, helping optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency. The role supports development of labs used by engineers working on next-generation data center products. The coordinator will work with engineering groups to understand requirements for benches, racks, power, air-cooling, liquid-cooling, networking, and site logistics. They will help match lab-use demand with suitable facilities, coordinate facility readiness and equipment deployment, maintain records of lab capacity use, publish meeting notes and utilization status, and help users follow lab policies. This is a full-time W-2 contract role.
Requirements
- Diploma or certification, associate degree, or bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience coordinating diverse activities that use shared resources.
- Ability to work concurrently with multiple groups and projects.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Established background delivering consumer-facing solutions.
- Strong technical skills and a data-driven mentality.
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills, with motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal customers.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with NVIDIA's product ecosystem.
- Experience with engineering lab environments for product bring-up and development.
- Knowledge of system liquid-cooling concepts and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Work with lab-user groups to accurately capture their requirements.
- Match lab-use demand with reservations for suitable lab facilities.
- Confirm lab infrastructure needs and help ensure equipment is ordered and deployed in time for lab users.
- Maintain current records of lab capacity utilization.
- Publish meeting notes and lab-utilization status.
- Collaborate with lab users to support compliance with lab policies.
