About The Position
We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join an enterprise Platform Engineering team supporting ITSM and ITAM initiatives. This role focuses on developing, enhancing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform while driving workflow automation and enterprise service management solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps modules
- Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Hands-on experience with: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer
- ServiceNow Application Development
- Experience building REST APIs and integrations using JSON
- Agile/Scrum experience with Jira
- Ability to participate across the full SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and code reviews
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Nice To Haves
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Conceptual Architecture knowledge
- Exposure to Machine Learning or Generative AI is a plus
