Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of hands-on experience directly focused on ServiceNow development.
  • Strong technical experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management).
  • Strong technical experience with CSM (Customer Service Management).
  • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and native ServiceNow scripting.
  • Proven experience establishing system integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server configurations.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation best practices.
  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Advanced Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform following best practices.
  • Configure and support core IT workflows including ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management) and CSM (Customer Service Management).
  • Write efficient client-side and server-side scripts leveraging JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
  • Maintain platform architecture integrity by ensuring solutions align with ServiceNow structural and technical standards.
