About The Position

As a ServiceNow developer, you know how to harness the latest technologies by developing low-code platforms and creating user-friendly solutions for your clients. We’re looking for a developer like you to support the management of low-code development platforms from vision to production-ready, solving our clients’ most complex challenges. This role is more than just coding. We need a ServiceNow developer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You'll use the Agile life cycle to work with the development team on developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and solutions to implement system stakeholder requirements. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to help make sure the solution the team develops considers the architecture and operating environment, including future functionality and enhancements. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods.
  • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, custom apps, and development methods.
  • Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments, including government spaces.
  • Ability to add capabilities and make software changes.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, SAM, and HAM.
  • Experience with IT Financial Management (ITFM).
  • Experience with implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow and CMDB or asset integrations in ServiceNow.
  • Experience developing custom Workspaces and Platform Analytics dashboards.
  • Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products.
  • Possession of strong writing, documentation, and communication skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification.
