About The Position
Seeking a junior ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to support daily platform operations, assist with backlog cleanup, and help deliver enhancements that improve the employee experience. The role calls for a strong customer-service mindset, eagerness to learn, and foundational ServiceNow knowledge. This is an entry-level contract position based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with a hybrid workplace arrangement. The stated pay range is $35.00–$50.00 per hour; individual compensation depends on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
Requirements
- Foundational ServiceNow knowledge.
- Strong customer-service mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Knowledge or skills in ServiceNow, ITSM, CMDB, JavaScript, scripting, change management, workflows, ITIL, integrations, service catalog, and APIs.
Responsibilities
- Support ServiceNow administration and day-to-day platform maintenance.
- Configure and maintain catalog items and service requests.
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding workflows.
- Support user account management and role assignments.
- Troubleshoot basic ServiceNow issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Assist with dashboard creation and reporting requests.
- Update existing workflows and configurations to align with current business needs.
- Support laptop provisioning and employee onboarding processes.
- Work closely with senior developers and administrators on ongoing platform enhancements.
- Assist with backlog cleanup and help deliver enhancements that improve the employee experience.
