About The Position

The client is looking to develop, implement, and maintain the district’s technology infrastructure; develop and implement major enterprise applications; establish and oversee technology policies and standards for the district; provide technology services and support for District agencies, and develop technology solutions to improve services to businesses, residents and visitors in all areas of District government. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, best practices, and a strong ability to architect solutions that meet the organization's needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 20 Years Required IT Systems Roadmap Development.
• 9 Years Required Experience as an Enterprise Architect.
• 9 Years Required Experience with system diagramming and modeling using structured modeling languages (e.g., UML).
• 9 Years Required Hands on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM and SPM.
• 6 Years Required Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration protocols.
• 5 Years Required Proven experience architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• 5 Years Required Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture including core modules, and components.

Nice To Haves

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
• Architect solutions that meet the organization's needs using the ServiceNow platform.
• Utilize knowledge and experience of the ServiceNow product to architect a solution that meets the ITSM, ITAM and change management needs of IT projects across DC.
