This is a fast-paced role that combines customer service, communication, sales, organization, and problem-solving. We've seen people from sales, hospitality, retail, restaurants, customer service, management, and bilingual customer-facing backgrounds become outstanding Service Writers.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers

• Explaining repair recommendations and maintenance needs
