About The Position

Requirements

Automotive knowledge and at least 1–2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor; required.
Career-minded, with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Honesty, integrity, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Team-first mentality and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Valid driver's license; required.

Responsibilities

Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers in person and by phone.
Serve as the primary connection between customers and technicians, clearly communicating vehicle concerns and repair recommendations.
Perform vehicle walk-arounds and accurately document customer concerns to support proper diagnosis and service.
Explain recommended repairs, prepare estimates, and help customers make informed maintenance and repair decisions.
Keep customers updated on repair progress, completion times, costs, and changes requiring authorization.
Uphold standards for safety, organization, and cleanliness.
Guide customers through the service process from check-in to pickup.
Recommend services that help keep vehicles safe, reliable, and performing their best.
