About The Position

Pape’ Kenworth is hiring a Service Advisor / Writer to join its Sacramento, California team. The role ensures service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed efficiently while providing customers with an excellent experience. The Service Advisor / Writer oversees service and warranty work orders, assists with shop workflow, checks in equipment for repair, and assists customers. Success in the role requires a team-oriented approach, a customer-service focus, and a positive attitude.

Requirements

Familiarity with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to learn new computer programs.
Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Open, maintain, proof, and close service department work orders efficiently.
Oversee service and warranty work orders.
