About The Position

ProX Powersports is seeking a hard-working, career-minded, self-starting Service Writer/Advisor to support its growing customer base. The role is suited to someone passionate about the ATV/UTV community and Polaris products, who enjoys an energetic, fast-paced environment and communicates effectively with customers and staff. Service advisor experience is preferred, as is prior dealership experience. The position involves coordinating service work and schedules, advising customers on repairs and maintenance, and helping deliver a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and record vehicle concerns and information.
• Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives.
• Use product and service knowledge to explain parts and service options to customers.
• Answer questions about service outcomes and schedule appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and vehicle pick-ups.
• Advise customers about warranty protections, required repairs, and maintenance.
• Oversee the service department's workflow and schedule.
• Call customers to communicate service changes or vehicle pick-up times.
• Maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Explain services rendered and costs to customers and process payments.
• Submit repair requests to factory and extended warranty providers and obtain approval.
• Search digital catalogues for parts and order parts that are not available in store.
