Requirements
- Automotive knowledge and at least 2 years of working experience as a Service Advisor.

- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service in person or by phone.
- Act as the point of contact between technicians and customers.
- Perform vehicle walk-arounds and document customer concerns to help technicians diagnose and service vehicles.
- Keep customers informed about completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
- Follow and promote high standards of safety, organization, and cleanliness.
