About The Position

Henderson Hyundai Superstore is hiring a Class B Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles arriving at the dealership. The role involves work across electrical diagnostics, check-engine lights, engine performance, suspension, steering, brakes, air conditioning, complex drivability concerns, and advanced diagnostics for electric and hybrid vehicles. Requirements

At least 5 years of automotive repair experience.
Strong diagnostic skills, especially in electrical systems and drivability.
Valid driver's license in the state of residence.
Acceptable driving record.
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

ASE certifications are an added bonus.
Experience diagnosing and repairing electric and hybrid vehicles.

Responsibilities

Perform work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately, following Lithia and manufacturer standards.
Diagnose the cause of vehicle malfunctions.
Complete work according to applicable safety requirements.
Road-test vehicles to ensure the quality of repairs.
Record time spent on repairs using company time-clock procedures.
Document work performed on repair orders and record test procedures and results.
