Service Technician - Class B
About The Position
DCH Honda of Oxnard is hiring a Class B Service Technician. The role performs vehicle maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on Honda vehicles, including customer-pay, warranty, and used-vehicle work. The technician is expected to work accurately and efficiently to Honda standards while maintaining productivity and quality workmanship. The position offers a full-time schedule with every other Saturday off and pays $30–$55 per flat-rate hour, depending on experience. It is also eligible for short- and/or long-term incentives, including production productivity incentives, and includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus. The technician works in a high-volume dealership shop with multiple service stalls and equipment, alongside an experienced Shop Foreman who can provide guidance. The role involves following manufacturer guidelines, safety procedures, and dealership processes; maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area; and collaborating with service advisors, other technicians, and shop leadership. Ongoing factory training and professional growth are encouraged. Candidates must be at least 18 and have a high school diploma or equivalent, current automotive technician certification, a valid driver's license in their state of residence, and an acceptable driving record. Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is requested. Relevant technical training or automotive education is preferred. Requirements

Responsibilities
