About The Position

Performs basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural, lawn and garden turf, and construction equipment. Participates in required Service EDUCATE Training programs to develop skills and knowledge, and mentors Level I and Level II technicians. The role also involves maintaining current knowledge of John Deere and competing products, keeping the work area clean and orderly, completing required reports and forms, accurately accounting for time and materials used, and supporting management in pursuing corporate policies, plans, goals, and long-term objectives.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural, lawn and garden turf, and construction equipment.
• Participate in required Service EDUCATE Training programs to develop skills and knowledge.
• Mentor Level I and Level II technicians.
• Maintain current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform work neatly and orderly.
• Complete reports and forms required in connection with work assignments.
• Account for all reported time in Service Delivery and all materials used in assigned duties.
• Support management in pursuing corporate policies, plans, goals, and long-term objectives.
