About The Position

Westminster is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician for Livana Fair Lawn, a luxury community with modern residences designed for 55+ living. The role helps keep the property safe, functional, and well-maintained while providing residents with responsive, professional service. The technician handles repairs and preventative maintenance, completes make-readies for incoming residents, and works with property management to prioritize repairs and plan larger projects. The position includes a rotating on-call schedule for emergencies.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in property maintenance, handyman work, or a related field.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
Valid driver's license.
Comfort using work order systems or mobile apps to track tasks.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.
Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Friendly and professional approach when working with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

Handle repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and appliances.
