About The Position

Topgolf is hiring a Service Support Playmaker to help deliver a fun, welcoming experience for Players in a fast-paced entertainment environment. The role focuses on delivering food and drinks to bays, helping prepare non-alcoholic beverages, and maintaining clean, stocked service areas. Service Support team members also assist with bussing bays and tables, folding napkins to Topgolf standards, restocking stations, supporting the tee line, and keeping common areas clean. They are expected to contribute wherever needed, follow safety and sanitation standards, and embody Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.

This active, high-volume role requires spending most of the shift on your feet and regularly walking, lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying. Team members may handle items weighing up to 50 pounds and transport food trays across different elevations and stairs. The posting describes day, night, and weekend shifts and notes that both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
• Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently and ensure Players have what they need.
• Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain clean and stocked service areas.
• Bus bays and tables and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
• Support the team where needed, including restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and keeping common areas clean.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the work area clean, safe, and compliant.
