About The Position

Topgolf is seeking fun-loving, dedicated, and caring team members for an hourly service support role. The position helps create an enjoyable experience for Players in a fast-paced, collaborative sports and entertainment environment. Team members are expected to be positive, focused on Players, and ready to support fellow Playmakers and the broader team.

The role includes greeting Players, efficiently delivering food and drinks to bays, assisting with non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining and stocking service areas, bussing bays and tables, and folding napkins to Topgolf standards. Team members may also restock stations, help on the tee line, and keep common areas clean. The role requires following safety and sanitation standards and living Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.

This is an active role involving standing and walking for most of the shift, frequent physical activity, and transporting food trays up and down elevations and stairs. Team members must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds and keep pace in a high-volume work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
• Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently and ensure Players have what they need.
• Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain clean and stocked service areas.
• Bus bays and tables and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
• Support the team as needed, including restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and keeping common areas clean.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the work area clean, safe, and compliant.
