About The Position

At Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment, Drink Runners support Servers and help ensure Guests have an enjoyable experience. The role focuses on refills, pre-bussing and turning tables, and maintaining clean dining areas. Drink Runners also greet Guests, take drink orders, and deliver food and drinks promptly while anticipating Guest needs. They uphold safety and sanitation standards and perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned.

The position requires a team-oriented approach, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required, subject to business needs.

Requirements

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but is not required.
• Comply with company uniform standards.
• Be ready to create a memorable Guest experience.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Act with a swift sense of urgency.
• Be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, subject to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with greeting Guests and taking drink orders.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner while anticipating Guest needs.
• Support Servers by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables to expedite service.
• Provide exceptional Guest service and create memorable experiences.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned.
