About The Position

The Drink Runner supports the smooth operation of The Seagate’s dining outlets by delivering beverages from the kitchen to guests accurately, promptly, and in accordance with presentation standards. The role supports the front-of-house team and helps provide a seamless dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

The position also involves greeting guests, setting and clearing tables, maintaining sanitation and cleanliness, and assisting servers and kitchen staff as needed. The Drink Runner follows safety and security policies, reports accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management, completes required safety training, and performs other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a full-service restaurant is required.
• Strong communication skills, including fluency in English and the ability to interact effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in alignment with company standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, and stoop as needed.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and acknowledge guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere in line with company standards.
• Deliver beverages to tables accurately and promptly, ensuring orders meet guest expectations.
• Set and clear tables for service and maintain sanitation and cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Assist servers and kitchen staff, particularly during busy periods, to support efficient service.
• Follow company safety and security policies, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management, and complete required safety training.
• Carry out other reasonable tasks requested by supervisors and other duties as assigned.
