About The Position

The Drink Runner promptly picks up completed drinks from the bar and delivers them to the correct tables. The role works closely with bartenders, servers, managers, and the broader front-of-house team to support smooth service, particularly during peak periods. It also involves checking drinks against guest orders, assisting with bar restocking and cleanliness, handling alcoholic beverages safely and responsibly, and providing friendly assistance to guests.

Requirements

• Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol in the state.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and carry trays weighing up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or similar environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promptly pick up completed drinks from the bar and deliver them to the correct tables.

• Support the bar and front-of-house team with additional tasks during peak periods.
