About The Position

At Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment, Drink Runners support Servers in providing Guests with an excellent experience. The role focuses on refills, pre-bussing tables, helping turn tables, and keeping dining areas clean. Drink Runners also greet Guests, take drink orders, deliver food and drinks, and uphold safety and sanitation standards. Opening, mid-day, or closing duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with greeting Guests and taking drink orders.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while anticipating Guest needs.
• Support Servers by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables to expedite service.
• Provide exceptional Guest service and create memorable experiences.
• Perform assigned opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
