About The Position

Topgolf is hiring a service support team member to help create fun, welcoming experiences for Players and fellow Playmakers in a fast-paced, collaborative sports and entertainment environment. The role focuses on delivering food and drinks to bays, assisting with service-area upkeep, and supporting the wider team as needed. Team members are expected to provide friendly, attentive service and follow safety and sanitation standards. This is a physically active position that involves standing and walking for most of the shift, moving food trays across different elevations and stairs, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. The position offers competitive hourly pay, with tips available for certain positions. Day, night, and weekend shifts are available, and both part-time and full-time opportunities are described. Requirements

Be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, including transporting food trays across different elevations and stairs.
Be comfortable lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying.
Be able to stand and walk for most of the shift and stay active across a variety of tasks.
Have the endurance to maintain pace during long shifts and in a high-volume work environment.

Responsibilities

Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently so Players have what they need.
Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages.
Maintain clean and stocked service areas.
Bus bays and tables and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
Support the team where needed, including restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and cleaning common areas.
Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the work area clean, safe, and compliant.
