About The Position

Topgolf is hiring a Service Support Playmaker to help create fun, welcoming experiences for Players in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role focuses on delivering food and drinks to bays, assisting with non-alcoholic beverage preparation, and maintaining clean, stocked service areas. Service Support team members also help with other team needs, including restocking stations, assisting on the tee line, and cleaning common areas. They are expected to follow safety and sanitation standards and embody Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.

This active role requires frequent walking and physical tasks throughout the shift. Team members may lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, including food trays, and should be comfortable bending, stooping, carrying items, and working across different elevations and stairs. The position involves keeping pace in a high-volume environment and being on one’s feet for most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
• Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently.
• Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain clean and stocked service areas.
• Bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
• Support the team where needed, including restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and keeping common areas clean.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the work area clean, safe, and compliant.
