About The Position

The Service Quotes Specialist reviews inspection reports, identifies deficiencies, and prepares quotations for timely, cost-effective repair solutions for National Accounts customers. The role analyzes customer requirements and specifications, creates and submits inspection deficiency and repair quotes, and ensures pricing follows company guidelines, margin requirements, and discount policies. The specialist responds to customer questions about pricing, products, and lead times; works with project managers to explain required repairs and deficiencies and address customer-specific pricing needs; and maintains detailed quotation, pricing agreement, and contract records.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Read and verify inspection failure reports.
Review inspection reports and analyze customer requirements and specifications to prepare tailored pricing quotations.
Create and submit inspection deficiency and repair quotes.
Ensure quotes comply with company pricing guidelines, margins, and discount policies.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product details, and lead times.
Collaborate with project managers to present and explain necessary repairs and deficiencies and address customer-specific pricing needs.
Maintain detailed records of quotations, pricing agreements, and contracts.
