About The Position
Thermosystems is hiring an entry-level Project Quotes Coordinator based in Elmhurst, Illinois. The coordinator manages contractor bid documents, tracks customers bidding projects, and sends quotes to customers. The role collaborates with applied sales teams and serves as the first point of contact for quote requests related to HVAC projects for new facilities, additions, and renovations. Thermosystems provides a comprehensive training program for new team members.

Responsibilities
- Field customer emails about new projects and quote requests.
- Review direct email quote requests and customer sites for new jobs and addenda.
- Create new projects and track customers and bid dates in the internal ERP system.
- Download bid documents to Microsoft SharePoint.
- Review mechanical schedules on plans to determine equipment to quote.
- Notify sales teams about new projects and addenda.
- Create the weekly bid list for the sales team.
- Request quotes from other representatives for projects outside the Northern Illinois territory.
