About The Position

Wayne Subaru’s Service Loaner Specialist assists customers with transportation needs while their vehicles are being serviced, helping deliver an exceptional customer experience. The specialist must understand the loaner program and available inventory, respond to customer inquiries quickly and accurately, and build rapport with customers. The role also involves maintaining knowledge of Subaru models and explaining the features of assigned loaner vehicles. Requirements

Be available for required hours during the week and on weekends.

Maintain a consistent, professional appearance in accordance with Wayne Subaru’s dress code.
Have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Manage loaner inventory.
Prepare the loaner fleet through daily cleaning and sanitizing.
Use professional phone skills and appropriate communication in text and email correspondence.
Build rapport and develop lasting customer relationships.
Ask relevant questions and listen carefully to customers’ answers.
Develop product knowledge daily to become an expert on the Subaru models in the fleet.
Keep current with product offerings, optional packages, and technologies, and explain how to use assigned loaner vehicles.
Follow up with customers to ensure vehicles are returned on time.
Communicate with management about objectives, activities, and reviews.
