About The Position

Fields Auto Group is seeking a full-time Service Loaner Coordinator for the busy service department at Fields Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood. The role supports a luxury customer experience by assisting internal and external customers and helping create lasting customer relationships. The coordinator welcomes and directs guests, manages and tracks the loaner fleet, checks customers into loaner vehicles, inspects returned vehicles, keeps the fleet and parking lot organized, and may shuttle customers as needed. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Friendly, personable manner and professional appearance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers professionally and open the door for arriving guests.
• Direct guests to the appropriate team member.
• Organize and track the loaner fleet.
• Maintain a clean and organized parking lot with CVPs.
• Check guests into loaner vehicles.
• Check and inspect loaner vehicles when they are returned.
• Keep the loaner fleet clean and complete weekly Friday inventory checks.
• Shuttle customers if needed.
• Help keep the service drive clear of vehicles throughout the day.
