About The Position

The Rental Car Associate is responsible for managing and coordinating the leasing of rental cars to customers. The role includes coordinating reservations, rental paperwork and billing, overseeing rental fleet readiness, handling service and body shop rentals, collecting customer credit when notified by accounts receivable, and controlling rental vehicle inventory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of customer service experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure rental forms are presented correctly and bills are finalized.
• Make customer reservations.
• Supervise maintenance, cleaning, and gassing of the rental fleet, including shop rentals.
• Handle ESP, service rentals, and body shop rentals.
• Collect credit extended to rental customers upon notification from accounts receivable.
• Maintain inventory control of rental vehicles.
