About The Position
The BMW Loaner Agent works with the Service team to provide a high level of hospitality and a positive guest experience. The role coordinates loaner and rental vehicles, completes contracts, prepares vehicles for customer delivery, and helps maintain the loaner fleet. The position is hourly and full-time, located at BMW, 1190 Plum Valley Lane, Highlands Ranch, Colorado 80129. Starting pay is $18–$20 per hour. The application window is expected to close on October 31, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate loaner and rental cars for clients in a courteous and prompt manner.
- Complete loaner and rental contracts thoroughly and accurately.
- Deliver vehicles to customers, including inspecting them and explaining their operation and accessories.
- Assist in maintaining the inventory of loaner and rental vehicles.
- Answer and route service calls.
- Stage cars for delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with Service Valets regarding fuel in loaner vehicles and car washes.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and verify that all vehicles have current registration.
