About The Position

Audi Fort Lauderdale is hiring a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Rental Agent | Loaner Vehicle Coordinator for its Service Department. The role coordinates rental and loaner vehicles for service guests and supports a seamless, first-class customer experience. It involves assisting customers with check-in and check-out, explaining rental policies and procedures, inspecting vehicles, documenting vehicle details, and maintaining rental records and vehicle availability. The coordinator works closely with Service Advisors and represents Audi’s luxury brand through exceptional customer service.

The role requires a high school graduate or equivalent, applicants to be at least 18 years old, and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Previous rental, hospitality, or automotive experience is a plus but is not required. The workplace is drug-free, and the company states its commitment to equal employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rental and loaner vehicles for Service Department guests.
• Assist customers with vehicle check-in, check-out, and rental agreements.
• Explain rental policies, vehicle features, and return procedures.
• Inspect vehicles and document mileage, fuel levels, and any damage.
• Maintain accurate rental records and vehicle availability.
• Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Deliver exceptional service to Audi guests.
